- What we did in class: "Ne 2: La Vendetta"
- We warmed up with purple handout number 6 from last term: "Pronto."
- "Non vedo l'ora di..." We made up sentences "I can't wait to..."
Non vedo l'ora di farti una cena di fagioli.
- We went over the homework. The answers are in the last email.
- We played store using questions and answers similar to section 8 from handout 15.
"Quanta marmellata vuole?" "Ne vorrei un vasetto."
Section 10 of handout 15: We made variations on the questions and answers. For example, we changed question number 7 Ma quante email hai scritto oggi? Ne ho scritte tante. to Quante email hai letto oggi? Le ho lette tutte.

- Ne phrases: We practiced out loud making questions and answers these common "ne" phrases:
Cosa ne dici di andare al mare? (What do you say to...) (meaning "Do you want to...)
Cosa ne pensi di andare al mare? (What do you think of...)
Hai sentito parlare di quel film? Sì, ne ho sentito parlare. (Have you heard about...)
Vale la pena di andare al mare oggi? Sì, ne vale la pena. (Is it worth the trouble to...)

1. Continue with Audio unit 10.
2. Preposizioni: di, a, da, in, con, su, per , tra/fra or one of those combined with an article. Click here for the English translation of all of the sentences in the handout. (click here for the handout). This may not be a preposition REVIEW for you so much as a way to show us some preposition uses that we are not very familiar with. Fill in the blanks with di, a, da, in, con, su, per , tra/fra or one of those combined with an article. You may have to look up many of these uses. So that we are all on the same meaning, please check the English translation before or after you fill in the blanks. Even if you don't have time to look up the ones you don't know, have a guess!
We're not going to send you the answers, but we'll go over these together in class.
