 - Warm up: Handout 11: "Senti Carlo. Ti devo parlare..."

 - si impersonale: We practiced "Dove si compra...?", "Dove si comprano...?" with the names of the stores.

 - Capitolo 11: practiced agreeing direct object pronouns "lo, la, li, le" with the past participle. "Che bella camicia! Dove l'hai comprata?" "L'ho comprata in saldo a Nordstrom's"

- ne. We took a scrambled conversation, put it into the correct order, then invented variations.

 - la lettera. Sue read the letter from the cugini di suo padre.

1.  Listen to Audio unit 9.

2. Read about ne on pages 259 - 259. Write out esercizi A and B on p. 259 - 260, and take a look at C.
On Part B, try to make your answers as SIMPLE as possible! Number 9 is a little different: we'll look at it in class.

We'll do B and C in class.

3. Study handout number 6. (two way translation, Caffè Sant'Eustachio dialogue. Starts: "Pronto.")

4. If you have time, read the FRONT of handout 11: "Ricordi che risate?"
(We've done this one once before.) This is about imperfetto AND passato prossimo. If you have time to translate it and pay attention to the different tenses used, that would be good.
