- Quanto tempo ci vuole per andare a Cortina? How much time does it take to...?
Quante uova ci vogliono per fare la torta? How many eggs does it take to make the cake?
Quanti giorni ci vogliono per leggere la fiaba? How many days does it take to read the fable?
This is one of those "reverse conjugations" where the subject of the sentence is the time, or the eggs, or the days. If the subject is plural, the verb conjugates as vogliono. If the subject is singular (tempo) the verb conjugates as vuole.
Ci vogliono due ore per andare a Cortina.
Ci vuole un'ora per andare a Cortina.
Ci vogliono dodici uova per fare la torta.
Ci vogliono cinque giorni per leggere la fiaba.

- Pronomi. We went over B on page 271. the babysitter is asking the Mom: "Does Carletto do that?" and the Mom replies, "No, he doesn't do that." Here are the answers:
1. Pensa ai voti? No, non ci pensa. ("Ci" replaces the noun when the expression uses "a...")
2. Beve il latte? No, non lo beve.
3. Fa i compiti? No, non li fa.
4. Si mette le scarpe? No, non se le mette.
5. Va in piscina? No, non ci va. ("Ci" replaces the noun when the expression uses "in...")
6. Mangia molta verdura? Non ne mangia molta.
7. Fa dei disegni? No, non ne fa. ("Ne" replaces the noun when the expression uses "di...")
8. Torna a casa prima dell'ora di cena? No, non ci torna. ("Ci" replaces the noun when the expression uses "a...")
