- Alfabeto, numeri. Come si scrive il nome in italiano? Qual è il suo numero di telefono?
- Che bella collana! Chi te l'ha regalata? Remember that you have to agree the ending of the past participle if there is a direct object pronoun which preceeds it. That is why these examples agree in the ending of the participle:
Che belle scarpe! Chi te le ha regalate? Le ho comprate io.
Che begli stivali! Chi te li ha regalati? Li ho comprati io.
Che bel cappello! Chi te l'ha regalato? L'ho comprato io.
Che bella collana! Chi te l'ha regalata? L'ho comprata io.
- Imperativo. We went over the homework from last week, which was all imperativo practice. Including the dice game (handout 24). (click here for the answers to handout 24)
- Quanti cavalli ci sono? Ce ne sono quattro. That little word "ne" means "of them" or "of it".
Quanti tacchini ci sono? Ce n'è uno.
Quanti cinema ci sono? Ce ne sono trentatre.
Quanti pezzi di pizza vorrebbe? Ne vorrei uno.
Quante pizze ci sono? Ce ne sono due.
