-Compiti (homework)
We went over the answers from last week's handout 23, the pink or purple page of cartoons. In order, here are the answers to the panels on the front:
s ; a ; a // s ; a ; s,a // 3. s ; a,a ; a,s
and on the back: s,s ; a,s ; a // s ; s,s ; s,a (Sono andato...) // a (ho chiamato) ; a ; s,as // a,a

1.  Listen and repeat with Audio: LEVEL THREE, unit 1. We'll practice it in class. Let me know if you need it!

2. Il Bastimento a Tre Piani. Continue reading, from the bottom of page 14 "L'indomani la Fata Sibiana... " through the bottom of page 15: "M'avete liberata!".

3. More imperativo practice. Handout 25 front. (click for handout)
Handout 25 back. (click for handout).
Do exercises A, B, and C. As much as you have time to do.

4. Handout 24 (imperativo) (click here for the handout) (You can read about Informal Commands on pages 267, 268, and the top of 269.)
Change all the sentences (indicativo) to commands (imperativo).
For example, if the sentence is "Non dovete dire il segreto." (You must not tell the secret.) you will change it to a command and write: "Non dite il segreto!" (Don't tell the secret!) and then change the word in bold to a pronoun (direct, indirect, or ci (for to a place or in a place) and write: "Non ditelo!" (Don't tell it!).
If it says, "We must not have the coffee," make it "Let's not have the coffee!" (imperativo) and then "Let's not have it!"

5. OPTIONAL: If anybody wants to practice writing, you can always write some original sentences, or write about your week. This would be to hand in.
